Insurance Consultant

About the role

The Insurance Consultant is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Zalqa, responsible for advising clients on suitable insurance solutions and supporting them through policy selection and renewal.

Key responsibilities

• Assess client needs and explain coverage options.
• Prepare quotes and assist clients in policy selection and renewal.
• Handle client inquiries, maintain accurate records, and follow up on leads.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure policies are correctly issued and updated.
• Stay current with insurance products, regulatory requirements, and market trends.

Required profile

• Strong insurance and consulting experience, advising clients on coverage options.
• Foundational finance knowledge, understanding premiums, deductibles, and financial impact.
• Excellent customer service focus with professionalism and responsiveness.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills to explain complex information clearly.
• Attention to detail, ethical judgment, problem‑solving ability, and capacity to work independently or in a team.
• Relevant diploma or degree in business, finance, or related field; insurance certifications are a plus.
