About the role
The Insurance Consultant will act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on insurance products, assessing client needs, and recommending appropriate coverage solutions. The role focuses on building strong client relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through clear and effective communication.
Key responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on a range of insurance products and services.
- Assess individual and corporate client needs to determine suitable coverage options.
- Prepare and present tailored insurance proposals.
- Manage ongoing client relationships and act as the primary point of contact.
- Assist clients with policy documentation, endorsements, and claims processes.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details.
- Continuously monitor market trends to offer up‑to‑date solutions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Results‑oriented mindset with a drive to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to build trust and maintain long‑term client relationships.
