Influencer Executive – Influencer Marketing

About the role

The Influencer Executive will support the delivery of creator and influencer campaigns for WPP Media’s client portfolio. Working closely with the influencer team, you will help discover, engage and manage nano, micro and niche creators across key markets and platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Identify relevant creators based on audience fit, content quality, engagement, brand safety, location, language and campaign objectives.
• Conduct due‑diligence on creators, reviewing audience authenticity, past brand work and potential risk flags.
• Prepare shortlists, creator profiles, outreach trackers, rate cards and status documents for internal and client review.
• Lead initial outreach to creators and agents, secure basic deliverables and support negotiations within agreed guidelines.
• Coordinate briefs, timelines, content and usage requirements, disclosure guidelines and posting instructions.
• Track campaign deliverables, ensure timely receipt of assets and flag any delays or quality issues.
• Support content review for alignment with briefs, mandatory disclosures and platform best practices.
• Monitor live posts, capture links and screenshots, and compile performance reports using platform data and internal trackers.
• Maintain ongoing communication with creators to build goodwill and long‑term relationships.

Required profile

• Strong interest in influencer marketing and creator ecosystems.
• Ability to assess creator relevance across audience, content and brand‑safety criteria.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple campaign elements and deadlines.
