Industrial Services Manager

About the role

The Industrial Services Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of utilities that support factory production, including steam, refrigeration, water treatment, hygienic air handling, and compressed air. The role ensures high performance, cost optimisation, quality, and safety across all industrial services.

Key responsibilities

• Build engineering capability by assessing and developing competency plans for the industrial services team.
• Define standards and manage design, modification, and improvement projects for plant equipment and infrastructure.
• Support day‑to‑day operations to achieve high efficiency, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with budgeting, cost monitoring, and identification of energy‑ and water‑saving opportunities.
• Manage quality, environmental, and safety compliance through regular inspections and audits.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial services maintenance, preferably in an FMCG manufacturing environment.
• Engineering degree (mechanical or electrical) with solid practical engineering experience.
• Strong communication, team organisation, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Good understanding of Nestle corporate strategies, manufacturing processes, and continuous‑improvement methodologies.

Required skills

• Mechanical and electrical engineering knowledge.
• Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Internet usage.
• Familiarity with Nestle systems (SAM, AX).
• Asset maintenance and reliability engineering.
