Implementation Officer

About the role

The Implementation Officer will work hands‑on to deploy IDS‑Fintech products for clients, bridging technical setup and business configuration. Reporting to the Team Leader, the role focuses on reliable delivery rather than leadership, with full support from Product Owners, QA, and the DBA team.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and deploy IDS‑FINTECH modules and related services according to project plans.
• Set up user parameters, limits, and business rules; load and validate client, securities, portfolio, and fund data.
• Execute UAT test cases, document results, and obtain client sign‑off.
• Assist the Team Leader in tracking milestones and client deliverables.
• Escalate and coordinate issue resolution with Product Owners, documenting findings.
• Support deployment of trading tools (desktop, web, mobile) and integration with exchanges, market data vendors (Bloomberg, Reuters), brokers, and custody systems.
• Coordinate with client IT on server, access, VPN, firewall, and connectivity setup.
• Apply user roles, maker‑checker controls, and audit settings.
• Assist with installation and configuration of middleware components such as message brokers and real‑time hubs.
• Write and maintain installation guides, configuration docs, and handover material for support teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (3 years preferred).
• Comfortable working with IT, network and security teams.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and able to manage tasks across a project timeline.
• Team player who executes and supports without leading.

• IDS‑FINTECH product deployment.

• API and file‑based integration with external providers (stock exchanges, Bloomberg, Reuters, brokers).
• VPN, firewall and network connectivity setup.
• User role, access‑right and maker‑checker control configuration.
• Message broker and real‑time integration layer configuration.
• Data loading and validation for financial entities.
