Implementation Consultant

About the role

Bottomline is seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead the delivery of payment and cash‑management projects from initiation through to go‑live. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure projects meet scope, schedule, budget and quality expectations while providing exceptional client service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle, creating and maintaining end‑to‑end project plans.
• Coordinate daily project activities, track milestones and report status internally and to customers.
• Maintain accurate financial reporting and project documentation.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring timely completion of build data documents.
• Document client processes for handover to the Support Team and plan client training.
• Host weekly project review meetings and capture outcomes.
• Identify potential issues, implement corrective actions and manage change efficiently.
• Monitor project scope and generate additional charges when appropriate to maximise revenue.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English.
• Experience in a project role within Payments, Cash Management or FinTech software environments.
• Strong customer focus and ability to build relationships up to senior or board level.
• Commercial awareness with a focus on revenue and profitability.

Required skills

• Prince2 project management methodology.
• Six Sigma change‑management techniques.
