About the role

The HVAC / Trades Operations Coordinator supports the workflow of an international company's trade services. Working on-site in Zouk Mosbeh, the role ensures smooth scheduling, tracking, and reporting for HVAC and related trade activities during a night shift.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate HVAC and other trade service schedules.
Track job status, updates, and progress throughout the shift.
Maintain dispatch boards and generate regular operational reports.
Escalate any operational risks or issues to the appropriate parties.

Required profile

Experience in coordinating trade services or similar operational roles (preferred).
Strong ability to multitask and manage several activities simultaneously.
