Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function across our group. The role focuses on motivating people, fostering long‑term engagement, strategic talent sourcing, onboarding, and ensuring compliance with Lebanese labour legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries on policies, benefits, and grievances.
• Promote employee engagement, well‑being, inclusivity and reinforce company culture, especially for remote teams.
• Implement and enforce internal policies on teleworking, relocations, rotations, leaves and other working arrangements.
• Maintain accurate HR records, administer HR systems, track time‑off, contracts and rotations, and align HR data with finance for payroll and benefits.
• Generate regular reports on workforce status, turnover, billable days and cultural adherence for senior leadership.
• Standardise onboarding processes, keep employee handbooks and codes of conduct up‑to‑date, and manage background‑check documentation.
• Oversee compensation structures, allowances and rotations in line with Lebanese labour law, monitor market salary benchmarks and liaise with legal advisors on compliance audits.
• Build partnerships with universities, training centres and career services to develop talent pipelines and represent the company at academic and career fairs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR management or a similar people‑focused role.
• Strong knowledge of Lebanese labour regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work closely with senior management and employees at all levels.
• Ability to develop and promote a cohesive company culture across multiple locations.
