About the role

Partner with business leaders to translate strategic priorities into actionable people plans that drive performance, growth, and organisational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality, consistent delivery across core HR processes such as talent, performance, employee relations, reward, and capability.
• Lead talent and succession processes, strengthening leadership pipelines and ensuring robust follow‑through of development actions.
• Support organisation design and change initiatives, embedding culture, leadership expectations, and ways of working.
• Drive initiatives that build organisational capability and employee engagement, using data and insight to inform decisions and track outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience translating business priorities into impactful people strategies.
• Ability to navigate matrixed, dynamic environments and manage competing priorities.
• Broad experience across core HR disciplines ensuring consistent, high‑quality execution.
• Track record supporting organisational change and strengthening leadership capability through talent and succession initiatives.
