Missions principales

• Ensure full compliance with all statutory regulations, industry standards, and internal HSE policies.
• Promote and foster a proactive safety culture and health-conscious mindset across all departments.
• Guarantee strict adherence to ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety) standards.
• Identify workplace health risks and develop effective mitigation strategies, including ergonomics, ventilation, and exposure controls.
• Contribute to the corporate environmental strategy and sustainability goals, focusing on energy efficiency, waste reduction, and emission control.
• Manage HSE reporting, risk assessments, and lead continuous improvement projects.

Profil recherché

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related technical field.
• Proven experience in risk assessment, safety reporting, and managing HSE-related projects.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to implement technical mitigation solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Competences requises

• Expertise in ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
• Proficiency in technical tools: Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, TIA Portal, WinCC, and Ladder logic.
• Trilingual proficiency: Fluency in Arabic, English, and French is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of industrial safety protocols and environmental sustainability practices.
