About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented HR Coordinator to support day‑to‑day HR operations at ERGOS Technology Partners. The role will assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, attendance tracking and general administrative tasks, ensuring smooth HR processes and compliance with company policies.
Key responsibilities
- Post job openings, screen CVs, coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
- Assist in onboarding new hires by preparing documents, arranging first‑day activities and facilitating integration.
- Maintain accurate employee records, contracts and HR documentation.
- Track attendance, leaves and schedules, generate reports and follow up on discrepancies.
- Support payroll preparation by gathering attendance and leave data.
- Prepare HR letters, employment certificates, warning notices and internal announcements.
- Coordinate with managers on staffing needs, employee updates and HR‑related requests.
- Help organize employee engagement initiatives, internal events and office‑related HR activities.
- Ensure employees are informed about company policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Handle employee inquiries confidentially and promptly.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with internal policies and applicable labor regulations.
Required profile
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with employees and management.
