HR & Business Development Intern

About the role

Novelus is seeking a proactive, detail‑oriented intern to support both HR and business development functions. Working in a hybrid setting, you will assist with recruitment operations while also helping to generate leads and manage LinkedIn campaigns as the company expands its sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Post job openings on LinkedIn, job boards and other platforms.
• Screen CVs, shortlist candidates and coordinate interview schedules.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls and maintain recruitment trackers.
• Support onboarding paperwork and other HR administrative tasks.
• Research and identify potential leads on LinkedIn.
• Assist the marketing agency with digital campaign coordination.
• Track LinkedIn post engagement and flag promising prospects.
• Maintain a leads database and draft outreach messages under guidance.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Marketing, Psychology or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proactive, curious and comfortable reaching out to candidates and prospects.
• Prior internship or coursework in HR or sales/marketing is a plus.

• LinkedIn Sales Navigator (experience optional).
