HR Analyst – Data‑Driven HR Professional

About the role

Averda is seeking a data‑driven HR Analyst to support its regional operations in Lebanon. The role focuses on turning HR data into actionable insights that improve people processes, employee experience, and overall business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, analyse and interpret HR metrics such as headcount, turnover, retention, absenteeism and performance data.
• Build and maintain HR dashboards and regular reports for data‑driven decision‑making.
• Monitor HR trends, provide insights and recommend improvements to people processes.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of HRIS data and employee records.
• Analyse recruitment, onboarding, performance management and attrition metrics to identify opportunities.
• Measure effectiveness of HR initiatives and track relevant KPIs.
• Manage employee engagement surveys, stay interviews and pulse surveys, delivering insights and recommendations.
• Review HR policies using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Support workforce planning, talent management and compliance with labour laws.
• Provide ad‑hoc support to HR projects across markets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5–7 years of professional HR experience.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
