Housekeeping Supervisor

About the role

The Housekeeping Supervisor leads daily cleaning operations across all properties of The Hub Holding, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and presentation. This position combines operational oversight with team leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences aligned with the brand’s values.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities across rooms, offices, common areas, back‑of‑house and facilities.
• Conduct routine inspections, enforce company cleanliness and safety standards, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain cleaning schedules, duty rosters, and ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and materials.
• Lead, train, coach and motivate housekeeping staff, assign tasks, monitor performance and handle minor disciplinary matters.
• Manage inventory of supplies, chemicals and equipment, control wastage and request replenishments.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations, train staff on chemical handling and report hazards.
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, HR and Front Office to ensure smooth handovers and address guest requests.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on performance, attendance, incidents and corrective actions.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising housekeeping or cleaning teams in a hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety and hygiene standards.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to train, motivate and manage a diverse workforce.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on quality and compliance.

Required skills

• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment operation and maintenance.
• Inventory management and cost‑control expertise.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in hospitality.
