Home Care & Food Marketing Lead – Levant & Iraq

About the role

The Home Care & Food Marketing Lead will drive growth for our Home Care and Food categories across the Levant and Iraq region. Reporting to the L&I Marketing Manager, you will combine consumer insight, brand strategy, and execution excellence to launch innovations and campaigns that improve everyday life for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the marketing agenda for Home Care and Food categories, creating plans that boost brand growth and market competitiveness.
• Develop brand strategies that translate consumer, shopper, and market insights into actions across the full 6P marketing mix.
• Own end‑to‑end execution of brand campaigns, innovation launches, relaunches, and category initiatives, ensuring market readiness and strong in‑market delivery.
• Partner with sales, finance, supply chain, media, and agency partners to bring plans to life quickly and effectively.
• Identify growth opportunities across markets and channels, adapting plans to local consumer needs while maintaining brand consistency.
• Track brand performance, market share, brand health, campaign effectiveness, and ROI.
• Lead portfolio and innovation priorities, ensuring initiatives are consumer‑led and commercially attractive.
• Build creative, media, and activation plans that strengthen brand equity and consumer engagement.
• Foster an inclusive, learning‑focused team culture that encourages collaboration and growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management, category marketing, or commercial marketing within FMCG or a similarly fast‑paced environment.
• Proven ability to turn consumer and market insights into actionable brand strategies and growth plans.
• Experience managing campaigns, innovation projects, and cross‑functional workstreams from planning through market delivery.
• Strong commercial understanding of business performance metrics.
