About the role

The Healthcare Specialist will work full‑time on‑site in Tripoli, delivering essential medical services to project teams and stakeholders. This role focuses on immediate medical care, emergency response, and health‑related training to ensure a safe and healthy environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct healthcare services and first‑aid to patients and staff.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and coordinate appropriate care.
• Design and deliver medical training sessions for team members and relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with patients, colleagues, and external partners.
• Support the overall well‑being of individuals within project or organizational settings.

Required profile

• Proven expertise as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and solid medical knowledge.
• Strong communication abilities for interacting with patients and interdisciplinary teams.
• Experience in delivering healthcare‑related training.
• Good understanding of healthcare practices and adherence to industry standards.
• Ability to adapt to on‑site work in varying environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or certified training in a relevant healthcare field (preferred).
• Previous experience in the civil engineering or construction sector is a plus.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an asset.
