About the role

Riviera Hospitality is seeking a dedicated Head Waiter to lead its front‑of‑house team at its seafood bistro and wine bar in Tabarja. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures every guest enjoys a refined yet welcoming dining experience, reflecting the French Riviera ambiance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coach the service team to maintain high service standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages.
• Manage reservations, seating plans, and guest flow throughout each shift.
• Address guest requests and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Support the implementation of operational procedures and hygiene standards.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Experience in food & beverage service within a restaurant or bistro setting.
• Clear, professional communication skills for interacting with guests and staff.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team during busy periods.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
