As the Head of Ericsson Research, you will serve as a premier thought leader and the primary architect of our long-term technological vision. Reporting directly to the Group CTO, you will spearhead a world-renowned global organization dedicated to pioneering the next generation of connectivity and Artificial Intelligence.

Missions principales

• Lead and inspire a global research organization of over 800 professionals across 14 countries.
• Bridge the gap between cutting-edge scientific exploration and global industrial leadership to maintain technological supremacy.
• Translate macro-industrial trends and customer insights into a robust, actionable research agenda.
• Ensure seamless technology transfer from research labs to product and service roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Business Areas, market zones, key customers, and top-tier academic institutions.
• Represent the company within the global scientific community and at major international forums.

Profil recherché

• Proven track record in directing large-scale, global R&D organizations.
• Extensive expertise across the full technology stack (Radio, AI, Network Architecture, Security, and Hardware/Software co-design).
• Deep understanding of real-time distributed AI, AI-native networks, and emerging computing paradigms.
• Strong experience in managing industry standards and open-source ecosystems.
• Established global network within both academic and industrial research circles.
• Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse, high-level global stakeholders.
