Head of Distribution Services

About the role

CIS Group, an ICT company based in Jal El Dib, is seeking an ambitious Head of Distribution Services for Africa. You will build and lead a new Distribution Services Business Unit that delivers end‑to‑end, high‑value services for leading IT brands such as Huawei, Cisco, HPE, and Dell.

Key responsibilities

• Define the unit’s structure, mission and go‑to‑market strategy.
• Develop a service roadmap covering pre‑delivery configuration, staging, installation, post‑sales support and warranty handling.
• Identify service opportunities aligned with vendor programmes (e.g., HPE Complete Care).
• Act as the primary liaison between the services team and vendor service organisations.
• Ensure compliance with vendor delivery frameworks and obtain necessary certifications.
• Standardise service offerings across brands, including logistics, warehousing and deployment services.
• Set SLAs, pricing models and delivery capabilities per brand.
• Recruit, train and manage a dedicated services team.
• Develop the business unit P&L, oversee budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
• Collaborate with commercial and sales teams on customer engagements and tender responses.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• 8‑12 years of experience in IT distribution or service delivery.
• Strong knowledge of vendor ecosystems, especially Huawei, Cisco, HPE and Dell.
• Familiarity with regional logistics and customs requirements.
• Based in Lebanon and willing to travel as needed.
