Growth Marketing Specialist (Part-Time, Remote)

About the role

eXpand AD is a growth marketing agency serving B2B businesses across the United States and Canada, helping them generate qualified leads, acquire customers and strengthen their digital presence. It is looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to manage content marketing, GoHighLevel CRM operations, lead generation and sales execution, social media management, reporting and basic website support. The role is limited to 20 hours per week, remote, Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM US Eastern Time.

Key responsibilities

• Produce at least 5 complete content packages per week (concept, copy, creative assets or video, captions and calls to action) and adapt them for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and other platforms using Canva and AI tools.
• Maintain GoHighLevel CRM data, manage opportunities and workflows, and update records within one business day of activity.
• Research businesses and decision-makers in the US and Canada, build prospect lists, qualify prospects, book discovery meetings, handle objections, prepare proposals and close deals within delegated authority, aiming for 10 new paying customers per month.
• Submit a weekly report covering content output, performance, CRM activity, leads, meetings, pipeline, closed deals and revenue, and flag capacity constraints early.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of marketing, growth or related experience.
• At least 2 years of direct sales experience, including prospecting, qualification, follow-up and closing.
• Professional English; French, Spanish, Arabic or German is an advantage.
• Evidence of personal contribution to previously closed sales deals.

Required skills

• Practical GoHighLevel CRM and sales-pipeline experience.
• Working knowledge of Canva, WordPress and AI productivity or content tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, or equivalent.

What we offer

• US$4 per hour, up to 20 hours per week, plus 1% annual sales commission per self-sourced client, payable after 12 months.
• Monthly payment in USD for approved hours, with a possible future full-time position depending on performance.
