Growth Marketing Manager (6-month Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to lead our app marketing, CRM, and loyalty initiatives on a 6‑month fixed‑term basis. Working remotely, you will shape customer acquisition, engagement and retention strategies for our mobile platform, collaborating with cross‑functional teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise app marketing campaigns, including push notifications, in‑app content and offer deliveries.
• Design and manage automated CRM programmes covering onboarding, engagement, retention and re‑activation.
• Oversee loyalty programme operations – earn/burn mechanics, reward catalogue, point thresholds and expiry policies.
• Run booster campaigns to increase redemption rates and point multipliers.
• Write and maintain BigQuery SQL queries on transactional, GA4 event and CRM data.
• Build dashboards for senior leadership using Python, Looker Studio and internal tools.
• Prepare monthly leadership reports and conduct incremental sales analysis for offers and campaigns.
• Serve as primary contact for loyalty platform vendor, CRM agency, app development partner, MMP and analytics providers.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing, CRM, loyalty programmes or customer engagement.
• Hands‑on track record of executing app‑based marketing campaigns and managing CRM agencies.
• Strong understanding of loyalty mechanics and customer‑engagement initiatives.
• Ability to analyse large datasets and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
