Growth Marketer

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI‑powered operating system for B2C brands and needs a Growth Marketer to drive brand awareness, lead generation and customer acquisition. This hands‑on, entrepreneurial position lets you own the growth engine from strategy to execution, experimenting across multiple channels to find what works.

Key responsibilities

• Own one or several growth channels end‑to‑end, setting strategy, launching campaigns and reporting results.
• Generate leads and drive sign‑ups through paid ads, SEO, outbound outreach and referral programs.
• Run rapid experiments on hooks, audiences, funnels and offers; scale successful tactics and discontinue under‑performing ones.
• Leverage AI tools for research, copywriting, targeting, automation and speed.
• Design and optimise landing pages and funnels, continuously monitoring conversion metrics.
• Collaborate closely with the founder on positioning, messaging and prioritising growth initiatives.
• Track all metrics, analyse data and communicate clear performance stories.
