Group Corporate Business Analyst

About the role

Africell is seeking a Group Corporate Business Analyst to join its Connect Hub in Beirut. You will support the Corporate Business function across all Africell operating companies, ensuring service catalogues, performance data and market insights are accurate and actionable.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and standardise corporate service catalogues, coordinating with commercial and technical teams.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards, track commercial, operational and financial performance, and support business reviews.
• Conduct market benchmarking of enterprise telecom products, pricing and partnership models, delivering insight reports.
• Coordinate group‑wide corporate business projects, track deliverables and provide status updates.
• Assist with automation initiatives for reporting, invoicing, inventory and other corporate functions.
• Provide ad‑hoc analysis and support to the Group Head of Corporate Business.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in business analysis, commercial operations, sales support, project coordination or performance reporting within telecom, ICT, technology, consulting or finance.
• Proven ability to prepare management reports, dashboards and presentations for cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Experience with enterprise telecom or technology products/services is preferred.
• Strong communication skills to explain results and influence commercial decisions.
