Graphic Designer – Visual Identity & Branding

About the role

We are looking for a creative and detail‑oriented Graphic Designer to lead visual identity and branding for EBCO (BITAR) and its subsidiaries in Beirut. This full‑time, on‑site position will create compelling designs for digital and print media while ensuring brand consistency across all communications.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce creative materials for digital and print media, including brochures, company profiles, presentations, advertisements, social media content, packaging, and promotional campaigns.
• Maintain and enhance the visual identity of EBCO (BITAR) and its subsidiaries to ensure brand consistency.
• Collaborate with marketing, management and various business units to develop engaging visual concepts aligned with company objectives.
• Create graphics, layouts and branding materials for corporate events, exhibitions and internal communications.
• Prepare final artwork files for printing and digital publishing, ensuring high quality and accuracy.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in graphic design and brand management, preferably within a corporate group or multi‑company environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or a related field preferred.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent time‑management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Experience in motion graphics, video editing or social media design (a plus).
• Knowledge of typography, imagery and print production.
• Familiarity with 3D design or motion graphics (a plus).
