Graphic Designer – Remote, Full‑Time

About the role

4KMEDIA is looking for a creative Graphic Designer to produce high‑impact visual content for multiple client brands across social media and digital platforms. This performance‑driven role focuses on designs that boost engagement, clarity, and conversion while maintaining brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑performing Instagram posts, carousels, LinkedIn creatives, and ad creatives for Meta and Google campaigns.
• Adapt designs across formats while preserving visual consistency and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with Social Media Managers, Video Editors, and the performance team to interpret briefs and meet deadlines.
• Maintain organized design files, version control, and deliver export‑ready assets optimized for each platform.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of hands‑on graphic design experience, preferably in an agency or performance‑focused environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives, carousels, ad designs, and branding work.
• Demonstrated ability to design for Instagram, LinkedIn, and digital ad formats.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote setting with strong time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Canva proficiency for fast‑turnaround social creatives.
• Basic motion graphics knowledge.
• Basic video editing fundamentals.
