Global Head of Design

About the role

We are looking for an innovative and strategic Global Head of Design to shape and elevate our brand’s visual identity across all markets and business units. The role combines creative leadership with strong business acumen, driving a user‑centric, brand‑consistent experience across digital and offline touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a long‑term visual identity strategy that aligns with business objectives and builds brand equity.
• Lead a complete visual rebrand from concept through system rollout, ensuring consistency across all channels.
• Build a comprehensive design system—including typography, color palettes, spacing, component libraries, templates, and governance rules.
• Audit existing creative output, identify inconsistencies, and develop a transition plan for a unified brand experience.
• Develop and mentor a high‑performing design team, establishing craft standards and a culture of accountability.
• Create and maintain a living brand book that evolves with the brand.
• Partner with product teams to ensure visual consistency across digital platforms and user experiences.
• Present design decisions to senior leadership with clear strategic rationale.
• Establish scalable design governance processes, review cycles, and approval frameworks.

Required profile

• 15+ years of design experience with at least 6 years leading a design function at senior level.
• Hands‑on ability to make decisions at the component level.
• Proven track record of building and implementing a design system used by a team.
• Experience managing and developing senior creative talent.
• Background working in multi‑market, multi‑language creative environments.
• Experience in media and advertising agencies is preferred; fintech or health sector experience is a plus.
