GHL Campaign Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for a GHL Campaign Operations Manager to lead internal marketing for a high‑volume kitchen and bath remodeling company. This operational and strategic position focuses on executing email, SMS, showroom sales, and nurture campaigns that drive leads and appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of 4–6 simultaneous internal campaigns, from strategy to execution.
• Maintain a strict Monday‑Friday routine, ensuring campaign metrics (CPA, lead count, playbooks) are up‑to‑date.
• Lead a small team of coordinators, enforce SOPs, and continuously optimize performance.
• Integrate AI tools to scale copy creation, analyze sentiment, and automate reporting.
• Build and troubleshoot GoHighLevel workflows, APIs, and data hygiene processes.

Required profile

• 3+ years of B2C lead‑generation experience, preferably in remodeling, home services, or a high‑volume agency.
• Expert‑level user of GoHighLevel (or similar CRM) with strong workflow and API skills.
• Data‑driven mindset that prioritises CTR, attribution, leads, and ROI over visual design.
• Ability to reverse‑engineer campaigns from sales goals and forecast ROI/CPL on the fly.
• Resilience in fast‑paced, metrics‑focused environments.
