General Manager

About the role

Presentail is seeking a hands‑on General Manager to lead day‑to‑day operations of its fast‑growing e‑commerce platform that connects the Lebanese diaspora with loved ones at home. The role combines strategic vision with operational discipline, reporting directly to the CEO and driving growth across logistics, vendor management, customer experience and marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Translate company goals into operational strategies, set measurable outcomes and monitor key performance indicators.
• Oversee daily business functions including logistics, order fulfillment, vendor relations and customer support.
• Optimize supply‑chain processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs and support scalable growth.
• Manage budgets, P&L and resource allocation; produce regular performance reports for senior leadership.
• Recruit, train and mentor cross‑functional teams, fostering a culture of accountability and customer‑centricity.
• Support business‑development initiatives, partnership building and the launch of new products or revenue streams.
• Align marketing campaigns with operational capacity and ensure seamless execution of promotional activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, general management or a senior leadership role, preferably in e‑commerce, logistics or retail.
• Proven ability to manage P&L, budgets and financial performance.
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of improving efficiency and scalability.
• Experience in startup or growth‑stage environments is a strong plus.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication and people‑management skills.
