General Manager – Digital Agency

About the role

StoryLab is seeking a senior leader to oversee the performance, growth, and day‑to‑day operations of its digital agency in Kaslik, Lebanon. This role focuses on business management rather than creative direction, requiring a strong commercial mindset and the ability to lead cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily agency operations and ensure efficient business performance.
• Develop and execute growth strategies to expand the client portfolio and market presence.
• Manage budgets, profitability, resource allocation, and operational planning.
• Oversee client relationships and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Mentor and develop multidisciplinary teams across creative, production, and client service functions.
• Establish processes, performance metrics, and operational best practices.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define strategic objectives and business priorities.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field (Master’s a plus).
• 8+ years of leadership experience in agencies, media, digital, creative, production, or service‑based businesses.
• Proven track record managing teams, operations, and business performance.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of agency economics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
