About the role
We are looking for an experienced General Foreman to oversee concrete works and finishing operations on a construction site in Beirut. The role involves coordinating trades, interpreting drawings, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
Key responsibilities
- Interpret construction drawings and coordinate trades with the site engineer.
- Read specifications to determine construction requirements.
- Lead and assist workers, analyze and resolve problems, and manage productivity.
- Control quality of work and enforce safety rules.
- Monitor material wastage, damage, and manage site equipment.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines and standards.
Required profile
- Minimum 15 years of experience in concrete works and finishing with a main contractor.
- Proven ability to lead construction teams, manage productivity, and resolve on‑site issues.
- Strong knowledge of construction specifications and material handling.
- Ability to enforce safety regulations and quality standards.
