Fundraising Manager

About the role

OpenMinds Lebanon is seeking a Fundraising Manager to lead major‑gift fundraising efforts across Lebanon and the broader region. Reporting to the Vice President for Advancement, the role will design and execute integrated development strategies that maximize philanthropic support for the organization’s mission.

Key responsibilities

• Identify fundraising priorities in coordination with the Vice President for Advancement and develop plans to achieve them.
• Create and implement a comprehensive revenue‑generation plan that includes sponsored projects, contracts, grants, gifts, and corporate partnerships.
• Identify and cultivate new donors, sponsors, and funding sources, including individuals, corporations, foundations, and government agencies.
• Manage a portfolio of at least 250 prospects, overseeing cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship activities.
• Develop and execute the fiscal year fundraising plan, covering donor acquisition, prospect research, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
• Assist in capital campaign planning and execution.
• Oversee major‑gift fundraising efforts for giving capacities of $500,000 or more.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing major‑gift fundraising and donor portfolios of at least 250 prospects.
• Ability to identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward donors with giving capacities of $500,000 or higher.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with the Vice President for Advancement and the principal gifts team.
• Experience developing and executing comprehensive fundraising plans aligned with organizational strategic goals.
