Functional Specialist – Supply Chain Solutions (US Projects)

Main Missions

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed functional specifications.
• Configure, test, and deploy software systems tailored to client supply chain processes.
• Manage data loading and execution of rigorous system testing phases.
• Draft comprehensive functional documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and user manuals.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support and manage critical go-live activities.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide professional training to end-users.
• Provide post-deployment functional support and drive continuous solution improvement.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in functional consulting or software implementation.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for client-facing interactions.
• High mobility: Willingness to travel extensively, primarily to the United States (up to 75% of the time).
• Strong work ethic and a collaborative team spirit.
