About the role

Husk Beirut is looking for enthusiastic kitchen staff to join its fast‑casual team. This full‑time, on‑site position involves preparing, cooking, and plating dishes that reflect the brand’s artisanal Lebanese roots while maintaining the highest standards of quality and hygiene.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with daily food preparation, cooking, and plating according to established recipes.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow strict hygiene and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with front‑of‑house staff to ensure timely order delivery and a positive guest experience.
• Handle kitchen equipment safely and follow supervisory guidance.
• Contribute to a respectful, collaborative work environment.

Required profile

• Strong food preparation and cooking skills with a focus on consistency and quality.
• Commitment to food safety, hygiene, and proper ingredient handling.
• Effective communication for seamless coordination with kitchen and front‑of‑house teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented kitchen.
• Willingness to follow recipes, procedures, and supervisory instructions accurately.
• Prior restaurant or commercial kitchen experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
