French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a fluent French‑English speaker to join our remote customer service team. In this position you will be the trusted voice for our French‑speaking customers, delivering clear information and solutions through phone calls and live chat.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly support in both French and English across multiple channels.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and resolve customer problems efficiently.
• Document every interaction accurately to maintain a seamless service history.
• Share customer feedback and insights to help improve processes and products.

Required profile

• Complete fluency in written and spoken French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce, tech support, or a contact‑center environment.
• Patient, detail‑oriented, and genuinely motivated to help customers.
• Ability to work independently while communicating clearly with a distributed team.

Required skills
