French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a French-English Customer Support Associate to join our global team. You will assist customers from French- and English-speaking markets through voice calls and live chat, delivering friendly, accurate solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely support in French and English via phone and chat.
• Troubleshoot issues, guide customers step-by-step, and resolve inquiries.
• Log all interactions accurately in our ticketing system.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities and product updates.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and patience.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
• Excellent communication skills and a calm, solution-focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e-commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Basic proficiency with CRM systems.
