About the role

raW is building an anonymous‑first, 24/7 live platform that lets people connect, share, and be themselves without judgment. As a Founding COO / Founding Partner, you will work side‑by‑side with the founder to turn this vision into a functioning company.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall business strategy and operational roadmap.
• Lead day‑to‑day operations, ensuring efficient processes across product, growth, and community functions.
• Shape product direction, prioritize features, and align development with user needs.
