About the role
raW is building an anonymous‑first, 24/7 live platform that lets people connect, share, and be themselves without judgment. As a Founding COO / Founding Partner, you will work side‑by‑side with the founder to turn this vision into a functioning company.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the overall business strategy and operational roadmap.
- Lead day‑to‑day operations, ensuring efficient processes across product, growth, and community functions.
- Shape product direction, prioritize features, and align development with user needs.
- Drive growth initiatives, partnership development, and community building.
- Prepare the company for investor readiness, including fundraising materials and pitch decks.
- Design team structure, recruit talent, and foster a strong company culture.
- Translate ambiguous ideas into clear, actionable plans.
