Food Server

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and attentive Food Server to join our on‑site team in Beirut. In this full‑time position you will be the first point of contact for guests, guiding them through the menu, answering questions about dishes and beverages, and delivering a memorable dining experience that reflects our brand’s concept.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus, and provide recommendations aligned with the restaurant’s theme.
• Take orders accurately and relay them to kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring proper table settings throughout service.
• Process payments and handle guest requests or concerns professionally.
• Support opening and closing duties, including side work, station cleanup, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to uphold Spectrum Hospitality Group’s guest‑experience standards.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience or familiarity with food & beverage service, menu knowledge, and basic hygiene and safety practices.
• Basic cooking or food‑preparation awareness to describe dishes accurately.
• Previous experience in restaurants, cafés, or hospitality is beneficial.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and a positive, team‑oriented attitude.
• Working knowledge of English; Arabic is an asset.
