Floor Manager

About the role
We are looking for a full-time Floor Manager to lead the restaurant floor in Harissa. The role involves hands-on oversight of daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth workflows and exceptional guest experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all floor staff during service periods.
- Maintain service quality standards and address customer concerns promptly.
- Organise and deliver training sessions to develop team skills.
- Monitor workflow efficiency and implement improvements.
- Ensure compliance with restaurant policies and health‑safety regulations.
Required profile
- Strong customer-service orientation with the ability to engage guests.
- Excellent communication skills for clear interaction with staff and patrons.
- Leadership and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred.
- Proficiency in English and either French or Arabic is an advantage.
