Flexographic Printing Machine Operator – Wide & Narrow Web

About the role

Propack SAL is expanding its production team in Kherbet Qanafar, Lebanon. We are looking for experienced Flexographic Printing Machine Operators to run our state‑of‑the‑art wide‑web and narrow‑web (UV ink) lines, ensuring high‑quality label production for the MENA region.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, operate and monitor wide‑web or narrow‑web flexographic printing machines during 12‑hour rotating shifts.
• Adjust inks, plates, anilox rolls and print registration to meet job tickets and quality standards.
• Perform color matching, substrate handling and print registration checks.
• Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical issues and coordinate with the maintenance team.
• Record production data, follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with technical specifications.

Required profile

• Diploma or Technical Certificate in Printing Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience operating wide‑web or narrow‑web flexographic printing machines.
• Experience with P5 Mark and ANDY machines is preferred for the narrow‑web position.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
