About the role

We are seeking a motivated Financial Sales Consultant / Financial Advisor to join Pillar Agency in Lebanon. The position focuses on proactive client acquisition, thorough financial needs analysis, and delivering tailored wealth management and insurance solutions through MetLife’s product suite.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive client consultations to assess financial health, risk tolerance, and long‑term objectives.
• Design personalized insurance and investment strategies aligned with each client’s life stage.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of trust‑based, long‑term client relationships.
• Stay updated on MetLife’s product portfolio, compliance standards, and broader market trends.
• Provide continuous service excellence to ensure high client retention and firm loyalty.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Lebanese Baccalaureate Certificate (mandatory).
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proactive self‑starter with a disciplined, results‑oriented mindset.
• Professional background or certifications in finance, insurance, banking, or corporate sales is a distinct advantage.
