About the role
We are seeking a skilled Financial & Market Research Analyst to conduct in‑depth studies for real estate and investment projects. The ideal candidate will combine strong financial expertise with solid experience in the real estate market and proficiency in AI tools for analysis and reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare market studies and industry analysis.
- Conduct feasibility studies for new and existing projects.
- Develop detailed financial reports and projections.
- Analyze market trends, risks, and investment opportunities.
- Use AI tools to enhance research, data analysis, and reporting.
- Present findings clearly to management and stakeholders.
Required profile
- Strong financial background.
- Proven experience in the real estate market (mandatory).
- Age range 30–40 years.
- Excellent report‑writing and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

- Well‑knowledge of AI tools and data analysis.
