Finance Manager – MENA Group

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, commercially‑minded Finance Manager to lead the financial management and reporting for the MENA Group. Working closely with the CEO and senior management, you will turn financial data into actionable business insights that drive strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor P&L, cash flow, balance sheet, budgets and overall financial performance.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and annual financial planning processes.
• Prepare budget‑vs‑actual analysis, identify variances and explain root causes.
• Develop financial dashboards, KPI reporting and management reports.
• Provide financial analysis to support business and investment decisions.
• Support the CEO with financial modelling, scenario analysis and business planning.
• Manage cash flow, working capital and overall financial position.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax advisors and external consultants.
• Ensure robust financial controls and processes across the Group.
• Consolidate and analyse financial information from multiple entities.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities and raise them with senior management.

Required profile

• 6–10 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in a Finance Manager or senior accounting role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CMA or equivalent is a plus.
• Experience with multiple entities, UAE/MENA markets or technology/start‑up environments is highly preferred.
