Finance and Accounting Officer

About the role

Spexal is seeking a Finance & Accounting Officer to own day‑to‑day accounting and financial operations, ensuring accurate records, timely payments and efficient processes within a growing robotics manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting activities in the ERP system, including supplier bills, customer invoices, payments and expense documentation.
• Perform bank, supplier and customer reconciliations, manage petty cash and maintain organized financial records.
• Coordinate with external accountants and auditors for tax compliance, reporting and financial closing.
• Prepare periodic financial reports such as cash positions, receivables, payables and profit & loss statements.
• Monitor cash flow, upcoming commitments and support budget, cost tracking and project profitability analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in accounting and financial operations, preferably in manufacturing or project‑based companies.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems; Odoo is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial statements and reconciliations.
