Finalizer – Creative Production Specialist

About the role

As a Finalizer at WonderEight, you will be the last checkpoint before creative work reaches clients and audiences. You will take approved artwork and prepare it for production across various markets, channels, and formats, ensuring every file is accurate, consistent, and ready to go live.

Key responsibilities

• Adapt approved artwork to different sizes, formats, and market requirements.
• Prepare production‑ready files for print, digital, social, OOH and other applications.
• Maintain accuracy in layouts, typography, colors, logos and assets.
• Perform basic retouching and artwork adjustments when needed.
• Conduct thorough final quality checks before release.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control, print prep, graphic design or finalization within an agency or related environment.
• Strong attention to detail and meticulous proofreading skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
• Familiarity with GCC work schedule (Sunday‑Thursday).

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Canva and AI‑based design tools.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography and layout.
