F&B Team Leader

About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Team Leader to join our team at Staybridge Suites Beirut. You will lead by example, support daily service operations, and step in at the bar and during busy periods to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Support breakfast and bar operations, ensuring high service standards.
- Guide and mentor team members throughout each shift.
- Handle guest requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and guest‑focused environment.
- Assist with inventory control and stock replenishment as needed.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar food & beverage role.
- Hospitality Management degree or equivalent qualification.
- Flexible with shifts, weekends, and operational needs.
- Hands‑on approach with strong teamwork abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
