About the role

The F&B Store Manager will lead a premium confectionery and café concept, ensuring brand excellence, product integrity, and an elevated guest experience. This role translates the brand’s heritage and craftsmanship into daily operations while overseeing all aspects of store performance.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive store performance by monitoring sales trends, customer behavior and market insights, identifying growth opportunities in a high‑footfall, premium retail environment.
  • Oversee day‑to‑day operations across front‑of‑house, back‑of‑house and retail spaces, ensuring seamless service aligned with luxury brand standards.
  • Maintain exceptional product presentation, service etiquette and storytelling that reflect the brand’s heritage and attention to detail.
  • Enforce strict food safety, hygiene and HS&E standards, with particular focus on chocolate handling, storage, temperature control and product integrity.
  • Execute the brand strategy by setting short‑, medium‑ and long‑term operational objectives to support growth and positioning.
  • Support brand visibility through promotional activities, seasonal launches, tastings and in‑store events in line with the marketing calendar.
  • Analyse sales performance, margins and cost structures, prepare forecasts and recommend actions to optimise profitability and efficiency.
  • Manage inventory, supplier coordination and cost control, ensuring optimal stock levels while minimising waste.
  • Oversee store merchandising and visual presentation to enhance the customer journey.
  • Lead, coach and inspire the store team by recruiting, training and developing staff with a focus on service excellence and brand ambassadorship.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Seven to nine years of experience in F&B operations, luxury café concepts or premium confectionery retail.
  • At least three years in a managerial role.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong understanding of retail KPIs, stock management and sales reporting.
  • Expertise in premium chocolate products, including handling, storage and presentation.
  • Knowledge of luxury F&B retail standards and customer experience.
