About the role
Azurreo is seeking a proactive Executive Coordinator to work directly with the CEO and support cross‑functional teams across HR, Finance, IT, and Administration. This fully remote, full‑time position offers high visibility into operational activities and direct involvement in leadership initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings across time zones, and prepare agendas, presentations, and supporting documents.
- Document meeting outcomes, track action items, and ensure follow‑up on priorities.
- Monitor ongoing initiatives, internal tasks, and deadlines, coordinating with stakeholders to keep projects on schedule.
- Maintain organized documentation in shared digital workspaces and internal systems.
- Assist in preparing internal reports, executive summaries, and presentations.
- Provide administrative and operational support for internal processes and contribute to workflow improvements.
Required profile
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive, solution‑oriented, and diplomatic in communication.
- Trustworthy with confidential information and comfortable working independently.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Excellent written and verbal English; French is a strong plus.
