Evaluation Coordinator – UNICEF Lebanon

About the role

The Evaluation Coordinator provides operational, administrative, coordination and technical support to UNICEF Lebanon’s evaluation portfolio, ensuring timely and effective delivery of evaluation activities.

Key responsibilities

• Support evaluation planning, review processes and the development of Management Responses.
• Prepare draft technical documentation and maintain evaluation information systems.
• Assist in recruitment, contracting and coordination of evaluation consultants.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement, dissemination activities and knowledge‑management reporting.
• Monitor management responses to evaluation recommendations.
• Facilitate data management, tracking, reporting and preparation of analytical products.

Required profile

• University degree in Evaluation, Monitoring & Evaluation, Social Sciences, Public Administration, International Development, Economics, Statistics or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of progressive professional experience in evaluation, M&E, research, evidence generation or programme management.
• Experience supporting the management or implementation of evaluations, surveys or research studies and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Proven ability to draft evaluation‑related documentation and support quality review of deliverables.
• Experience in data and knowledge management, maintaining information systems and producing analytical reports.
