ERPNext Implementation Manager – In-House

About the role

We are seeking an experienced ERPNext Implementation Manager to join our bakery business and build a comprehensive ERP framework from the ground up. The role involves designing workflows, configuring processes, and training staff across five branches and two factories.

Key responsibilities

• Design and set up the ERPNext system tailored to our multi‑branch bakery operations.
• Create end‑to‑end workflows for sales, production, supply chain, inventory, purchasing, finance and reporting.
• Train department heads and employees on system usage and best practices.
• Lead the rollout of ERPNext across all locations, ensuring smooth adoption.
• Collaborate with senior management to translate business needs into practical ERP processes.
• Monitor system performance, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvements.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience implementing ERPNext in a multi‑site environment.
• Strong understanding of operational processes in food, manufacturing or retail sectors.
• Ability to build systems from scratch and guide teams through change.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• Organised, practical and solution‑oriented mindset.
