ERP Systems Administrator

About the role

We are seeking an ERP Systems Administrator to ensure the stability, performance and continuous improvement of our ERP and business software across a group of companies. Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, you will manage system administration, user support and coordinate digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation, stability and availability of ERP systems.
• Monitor system performance and resolve ERP‑related issues.
• Manage user access, permissions, role rights and account deactivation.
• Coordinate with ERP providers and software vendors for support, upgrades and enhancements.
• Monitor integrations between ERP and other business applications, handling synchronization errors and data inconsistencies.
• Maintain system documentation, user guides, process flows and support logs.
• Support implementation of new ERP modules, software tools and digital transformation projects, including testing, deployment and user acceptance.
• Assist management reporting and help departments obtain accurate operational data.
• Provide user support, guidance and refresher training as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in ERP administration, business systems support, software implementation or digital systems management.
• Strong understanding of ERP workflows, reporting tools and system integrations.
• Experience coordinating with external ERP providers and software vendors.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, communication and documentation abilities.
• Experience in trading, fuel, logistics, distribution, accounting, inventory, retail or multi‑company operations is a strong advantage.
